This artwork depicts Beelzebub, one of the Five Heresiarchs (five Elder Gods of Hell) from my Doom fanfic "Day of Wrath."
Beelzebub represents the decay of Hell. The deterioration, degradation, and disintegration of all factors present in or that enter it. Matter, energy, space, time, minds and souls alike.
A Heresiarch with wide reach across Hell, Beelzebub's forces are many and spread Hell's corrosion across mortal and immortal realms alike.
