Ooohoohoo boy, Cyberpunk 2077! What could I say about Cyberpunk 2077 that HASN'T been said already? And don't you let yourself be deluded with the industry's or community's lies that glitches were this game's only problem and it could have been a masterpiece had it spent just another year or two in the oven. After 8 years in development and 3 delays, 4th time's the charm, right?
Trust me, everything that could have gone wrong in Cyberpunk's development cycle ABSOLUTELY WENT WRONG: false advertising, continuous crunch time, lying media/critics, toxic work environments, corporate greed, and let's not forget ALL. THAT. HYPE.

And the game suffers from plenty problems besides just poor optimization, faulty physics/animations, and wonky glitches. Gameplay, AI, enemy variety, bounty system, crafting, upgrades, sound design and music, artstyle, tone, the world... It's a cyberpunk game LITERALLY CALLED CYBERPUNK, with no "cyberpunk" in it! There's no depth to the story, combat, role-playing elements, or the world other than on the very surface level! But how about them graphics, eh?
And the music, the artstyle, ugh. I can dig the electro/dubstep music even if most of it sounds like the 3 COMPOSERS smearing their faces across a keyboard, but how do you make a cyberpunk game without any metal or even synthwave?! The music is just like the visual artstyle too: disorienting, mishmashed, unfocused, without any clear identity of its own. But at least you can customize your genitals! The arsenal of weapons and cyberware is fine, I guess, but nothing innovative and certainly not as advanced or imaginative as I would have expected.
All these are BASIC DEVELOPMENTAL MISSTEPS that can and will NEVER be patched. No amount of delays will ever fix the lack of coherent vision.
Remember: Over 200 awards and 9/10 on IGN!

Ugh.
This skin is based on Cyberpunk 2077's main character known as V. Doomguy wears V's Samurai Bomber jacket, and his Skullface helmet is redesigned to resemble the iconic cyber samurai logo. The Doomblade returns as a Mantis Blade with the electric mod, and the shoulder launcher is inspired by the "Doom Doom" revolver.
The scene is supposed to show Doomguy falling from grace (much like the game and its studio), like that scene in the second Matrix film where they fall from a building. Or perhaps he's sinking deeper into the broken simulation/system while losing sight of reality and what truly matters, getting lost in the Matrix itself.

Just play Deus Ex. Play System Shock, Metal Gear Rising, Hard Reset, Ghostrunner, Katana Zero. Hell, play Cruelty Squad. That game is a thousand times more cyberpunk than Cyberpunk 2077, and when considering 2077's artstyle and glitch fest, I can't actually tell which one's the uglier game.
