This drawing illustrates a scene from chapter 10 of my Doom rewrite fanfic "Day of Wrath."
It shows my character Ruby in an eerie location known as the Hall of Tortured Souls, inspired by an obscure easter egg from Microsoft Excel 95 built in an engine similar to Doom's.
In her hand she wields the Hellshot from Doom 2016's multiplayer, and on her back is the Vorpal Sword.
