This artwork depicts Charlie Morningstar from Hazbin Hotel as an albino member of a Hellhound monster girl species, taking the place of a Hellish weapons dealer rather than the naïve and idealistic daughter of Lucifer. Acting as a clandestine trafficker of goods between Hell and Earth, she'll exchange Helltech weapons, beasts, even slaves in exchange for material wealths.
She is known as the White Wolf or "Daughter of the Morningstar."
