This drawing depicts Doomguy as Eight-Handled Sword Divergent Sila Divine General Mahoraga, from the anime Jujutsu Kaisen.
The Doomblade is styled as Mahoraga's Sword of Extermination, a cursed tool specifically designed to destroy cursed spirits, and the shoulder launcher is actually the tip of Mahoraga's head-tail.
