This artwork depicts the Doom Slayer as a brutally avaricious barbarian warlord.
(while "draconian" means "excessively harsh, cruel, or severe" it can also mean "like a dragon", and the visual theme of this skin is based on dragons' classic hoards of treasure and weapons)

The crystal eyes embedded in the armor skulls are Sentinel rubies, and the shieldsaw's teeth are Wraithstone crystals.
The helmet is also based on the official Wintherin Slayer skin from Mighty Doom
