This skin is based on the Marine protagonist of Doom 3.
The Doomblade is based on the Soul Cube, and the shoulder launcher is a miniature BFG grenade launcher shaped after the weapon's iteration in the 2005 film (itself inspired by Doom 3). This BFG also served as the basis for the BFG-10000 in the fanmade Skulltag port of Doom, and was recently given a modern makeover.
