A funny drawing featuring an all-male team of Doomguy, Master Chief (from Halo), and Isaac Clarke (from Dead Space) arguing with an all-female team of Samus Aran (from Metroid), Elster (from Signalis), and Unknown (from Metal: Hellsinger), while Mass Effect's Commander Shepard refuses to get involved.
The joke being that the player chooses whether Shepard is male or female in their playthrough.
