Not inspired by any one character or title, this skin is more based on the representation of the United States of America as an imperial superpower, perhaps most accurately described by the philosophies and themes of Senator Armstrong and Khamsin from Metal Gear Rising.

Along with a cyborg body similar to those in Metal Gear Rising, Doomguy possesses a Vietnam War-era machete as the Doomblade, and a flamethrower as the shoulder launcher.
Styled as a wartime propaganda poster, this drawing features the iconic Northrop Grumman B-2 bomber in the background.
