This drawing depicts Valkyrie, my OC daughter for King Novik of Argent D'Nur from my Doom fanfic "Day of Wrath" (from before Thira was revealed in The Dark Ages). She is warrior royalty, a holy paladin by grace of Heaven, and the chosen Dragonborn of Argent D'nur. Princess, knight, and dragon.
In my story, Valkyrie served a role similar to Thira, linking the Night Sentinels to their world's primordial nature, though Valkyrie was the Voice of the Ancestrals rather than the host of a Wraith spirit. When the Maykrs arrived, she accepted the Divinity Machine's blessing, receiving divine power and true immortality long before Doomguy did.
She became the bridge between 3 peoples, connecting traditional Argenta faiths while remaining a revered figure in the Maykrs' new church, and a powerful ally and close friend to the Doom Slayer himself.
