This drawing depicts Doomguy in a sanitation-themed hazard suit, inspired by Viscera Cleanup Detail and Powerwash Simulator.
Rather than a combat suit, this is what I'd imagine Doomguy would wear to clean up his messes on Mars and Earth facilities.
His weapons would be replaced by cleaning tools such as a powerwasher, foam gun, laser welder, incinerator, broom, mop, etc.
