This drawing depicts the Doom Slayer in the style of Space King, a Warhammer 40k-inspired parody animated series by Flashgitz.

The title "Poon Ranger" is thus a comical if crude play on the Doom Slayer's moniker as exemplified by Space King's nomenclatures, such as Space Marines now being "Star Defenders," geneseed is now "holy globules," and the almighty God Emperor is now the titular "Space King."

The daemonette is the fan-titled "Impni," a joke character from the Space King pilot that parodies similar independent animation projects targeted at "mentally ill teenage girls," resembling Pomni from The Amazing Digital Circus, Charlie from Hazbin Hotel, and the many imps from Helluva Boss.
