This skin is based on the Chainsaw Man series. It portrays Doomguy as the Doom Devil, a hypothetical fusion of the titular protagonist Chainsaw Devil and the apocalyptic Gun Devil.
Doomguy's armor is inspired both by his Cultist Slayer skin and the Chainsaw Devil's final form. He bears 4 arms like the Chainsaw Devil with chainsaws on 2 of these, but the last 2 bear guns like the Gun Devil has. These 2 guns are a plasma gun and a chaingun. For his head, the Doom Devil has a fusion shotgun/chainsaw extending from his forehead. The intestine scarf the Chainsaw Devil normally has is replaced with a bullet belt.

And Pochita appears as a chainsaw bunny inspired by Daisy.
