This artwork depicts Ruby Taylor, my Elite Guard OC from my Doom fanfic "Day of Wrath," styled after Kamina from the anime "Gurren Lagann," two very similar characters who both mean very much to me.
Ruby's armor has been replaced with Kamina's attire, these being his trademark sunglasses, cape, sandals, and pants.
The pants now include armor pieces on the knees and hips to more closely resemble Ruby's original suit. The white sash around Kamina's waist has been replaced with Ruby's aviator jacket. And Kamina's nodachi has been replaced with Ruby's Vorpal Sword.
